Delivery
How much will delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE on all orders over $40
For orders under $40 your delivery cost will be dependent on your location. Once you enter your location at the checkout your deliver cost will be calculated. Our delivery rates are very competitive with nearly all locations in New Zealand deliverable for under $10.00
Note rural locations will have an additional charge.
When will I receive my order?
For orders going to North Island delivery addresses, we aim for delivery within 48 hours. Order to South Island addresses will take an extra 48 hours approximately. If there is a delay with your order being dispatched you will be notified via email. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday and delivered Tuesday.
Where is my order? Can I track my order?
If your order has been dispatched you will have received an email that contains the courier company and tracking number so you can track your order.
Does Ana Skin Nature ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at present. We only ship to addresses within New Zealand.
